HKS has announced it’s new product lineup for the 2008 Subaru WRX STI

•  Super Hybrid filter
•  Legamax Premium Muffler
•  Twin Power DLI II
•  Super SQV Blow Off Valve Kit

The HKS Super Hybrid Filter is a simple, drop-in, OEM replacement intake panel filter that produced up to 5 RWHP during testing.

The HKS Legamax Premium Muffler for the STI features a fully polished, stainless steel 304 muffler and piping mated to dual 90mm rolled Titanium tips on each side of the dual exit exhaust. Legamax Premium is currently available as a rear muffler section and is designed to bolt-on to the factory mid pipe. Initial testing with the rear section produced 3 RWHP. An optional SUS304 center pipe has completed development and will arrive to the North American market soon. A full 75mm cat-back, race exhaust system is currently under development.

Coming soon are the Hipermax III and Hipermax III Sport Suspension systems, Racing Suction Kit Reloaded, Front Mount Intercooler and Sport Turbo Upgrade.

Well we are almost half way through 2008 already, it’s been a busy few months for everyone here with our new website launch, new product lines and just creating a whole new experience for our customers and I bet it’s been pretty crazy for you too.

No seriously… I really want to hear from you, even if it is not automotive related, believe it or not, we are people too, and we get where you are coming from. You would be surprised at some of the other businesses we run and the many ways we can actually relate to you and possibly even help you, and since we all already know we have one thing in common, a “need for speed” if you will… I bet there are hundreds of other things.

This fusion of aggressive styling and practical construction, makes this the logical choice for both Race and Street Enthusiasts. The systems are comprised of a Titanium heat-treated tip, polished stainless steel muffler, unpolished stainless steel piping. It improves high and mid-range performance while still allowing for suitable sound levels when used with the included tuned Tri-mounted Silencer*. *Most applications below 92db, with all under 94db. The large list of applications include 80mm piping for Turbo applications and 50-60-70mm for Normally Aspirated vehicles. (usually 60mm)
